Cancellation Policy
Please note:  A reservation, whether by letter, e-mail, fax or telephone is a legally binding contract.  To protect against late cancellations and guests not turning up, we are obliged to put the following policy in place:
If the reservation is cancelled within twenty one days of arrival then the cost of one night's accommodation will become due, unless the room is re-let.
For peace of mind we recommend that guests take out cancellation insurance protection which will cover most eventualities.
